Stephanie Premier Coordinating is dedicated to making the real estate process for an agent, seller, or buyer less stressful. We act as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers during the process of a real estate sale and effectively manage the administrative tasks involved in closing a sale.

We include a list of duties handled on our end to help elevate the experience of agents and their clients. We’re trained to handle real estate paperwork that range from disclosures, important contract deadlines, assisting as a point of contact to address any questions, and helping the file move quickly.

Effective 5/2019, Properties (Commercial and residential) over the sales price of $2 Million are subject to an additional $200 TC fee due at the close of escrow.

 

 

Buyer’s Agent

$400

  • Reviewing RPA, counters, and any addendums

  • Tracking purchase agreement deadlines

  • Keeping the broker’s file in compliance

  • Coordinating paperwork between all parties

  • Verifying signatures, initials, and dates on all paperwork

  • Assisting escrow with broker commission instructions

    **Assistance with transactions prior to the agent opening escrow and submitting an executed RPA are subject to a $80 additional fee.

Listing Agent

$450

  • Reviewing RPA, counters, and any addendums

  • Tracking purchase agreement deadlines

  • Ordering NHD Report & Home Warranty (if applicable)

  • Preparing listing disclosures

  • Keeping the broker’s file in compliance

  • Coordinating paperwork between all parties

  • Verifying signatures, initials, and dates on all paperwork

  • Assisting escrow with broker commission instructions

 

Dual Agency

$600 (Same agent or Broker representing both sides)

  • Reviewing RPA, counters, and any addendums

  • Tracking purchase agreement deadlines

  • Ordering NHD Report & Home Warranty (if applicable)

  • Preparing listing & buyers disclosures

  • Keeping the broker’s file in compliance

  • Coordinating paperwork between all parties

  • Tracking scheduled Inspections

  • Verifying signatures, initials, and dates on all paperwork

  • Assisting escrow with broker commission instructions

Agent Responsibilities

 

Below are the duties outlined as agent responsibilities.

  • Handle all negotiations (Request for Repairs, addendas, extensions)

  • Preparation /Drafting of RLA or RPA to ensure specificity of client's requests met

  • Releasing contingencies

  • Schedule and order inspections

  • Scheduling escrow appointments for paperwork and closing

  • Communication with the lender

  • Agent visual inspections

  • Final walk throughs

  • Preparing cancellation of contracts and uploading to the broker's portal.
